The FADESA Group, through its French subsidiary Financière Rive Gauche FADESA, and Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. have inaugurated a new property development of over 8,300 m². This complex is located in Val d'Europe, a major development area of 1,943 hectares around the Disneyland Paris resort.
Val d'Europe is a fast-growing project offering a full range of services, including business and residential districts, leisure centres and malls, and will also be home to 10,000 university students when the new campus opens in 2010.
Le Rive Gauche, the complex built by Financière Rive Gauche FADESA, consists of a 3,800 m² office building and 4,700 m² occupied by one hundred apartments and a car park.
