Fabege has sold eight properties in Årsta and Botkyrka to Diös & Kuylenstierna Förvaltning AB for approx. €132 million (SEK 1,350 mln). The sale will result in an after-tax gain of about €20 million (SEK 200 mln).
Seven of the divested properties are located in Årsta, of which four in Årsta Park. The largest individual property is the Botvid Business Center (Botvidsgymnasium 3) in Botkyrka, with a floor space of some 56,000 m². The divested properties have a total floor space of about 182,000 m² incl. garage.
The total rental value (incl vacant area) amounts to approx. €14.5 million (SEK 148 million). Diös & Kuylenstierna will take possession of the properties on 16 April.
