Executive Offices Group agrees management contractto operate 117 Fenchurch Street as Corpnex Centre (UK)

Executive Offices Group, the owner and operator of premier managed offices, has announced details of their latest management contract, having agreed terms to operate 117 Fenchurch Street EC3 on behalf of Saxon Land.

The 40,000 ft², 9 storey building boasts a distinctive period style façade, and is located in a prime area on the north side of Fenchurch Street between Plantation Place and Fenchurch Street station. The property is situated close to the Lloyds Building and the London Underwriting Centre, and is served by Bank and Monument Underground stations.

Following an extensive refurbishment programme, 117 Fenchurch Street will be launched in early April 2006 under the popular Corpnex brand, providing fully serviced office accommodation with high quality support and services.

Corpnex specialises in stylish, flexible, unbranded office space in London, combining central locations with modern design. The Corpnex model is aimed at companies that demand affordable, high quality accommodation, backed by professional, personalised business support, from PA assistance to reception.

Tim Giles, Commercial Director for Executive Offices Group, comments, "We are pleased to announce our latest management contract to operate 117 Fenchurch Street. Management contracts allow us to work with established property owners to enable them to respond to changing occupier requirements, by offering either a mixture of tenures in their buildings, or a sole serviced office operation, using well established brands and formats. They are an important element of our successful business model, which also includes the operation of freehold properties and joint venture opportunities, and they assist us in capitalising on the leading position we have created at the top end of the London market."

In addition to Fenchurch Street, Executive Offices Group also has a management contract in place at nearby 10 Fenchurch Avenue, again on behalf of Saxon Land.
