Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded an exclusive contract with semi-government landowner and developer HAVILAND in Zellik and VOKA Halle-Vilvoorde (Chamber of Commerce). The contract consists of assisting HAVILAND in the preparation, concept and commercial policy for the new Westrode Logistics Park.
The Westrode Logistics park is the spearhead of future logistics developments in Belgium, situated right on the triple-A axe A12 Brussels-Antwerp motorway, just 15 km north of the Brussels Ring road.
With its 50 ha land, the Westrode Logistics Park will provide unseen efficient land use, environmental technology, energy policy and thorough park and traffic management.
Cushman & Wakefield's Research Department, its Industrial Team with specific market knowledge and its experience in previous and ongoing large-scale developments such as Brucargo Brussels Airport, have been the key elements in awarding this contract.
