Exclusive agent for Residence office buildings in Budapest chosen (HU)

An exclusive contract was signed by RE project development and GVA Robertson for finding the right tenants for the Residence office buildings, completed by the end of 2009. GVA Robertson Hungary, founded in 2001, is the Hungarian member of the GVA Worldwide international consultancy network. Due to the progress of the company today they have a considerable proportion of exclusive contracts on the market of office buildings. Downtown Buda has barely seen newly built offices completed in the past years, interest is already enormous towards the project.

Residence 1. and Residence 2. office buildings are situated in the elegant Víziváros neighbourhood of district II. Besides their stylish location – on the wooded part of Ganz and Kacsa streets – the accessibility of the buildings is perfect, two major downtown Buda junctions Moszkva square and Batthyány square are nearby. It is easy to get to the office buildings either by car or by public transportation.

Rentable office space – both in the 9-floor, 13,300-m² Residence 1. and in the 8-floor 5,500-m² Residence 2. – is flexible, and makes it possible to rent whole floors or smaller units alike. The building technologically meets the requirements of the 21st century 'A' class office building: a special air-conditioning system, and an environment friendly - energy efficient heating system are serving the pleasant workspaces and make the operation also economic. A café, a restaurant and an inside park between the buildings also give comfort to the tenants.

RE project development completed a similar project in 2008, the 8,000-m² Rumbach Center office building received classification 'A' after the refurbishment was done. The 20,000-m² headquarters of Uniqa insurance group on Róbert Károly ring road is also under construction now.

Ongoing developments are not influenced by the financial crisis, and will be delivered by deadline.
