Europa Immobiliare No. 1 acquired the Gateway Center Amstelveen office building for €43 mln from Commerz Grundbesitz Investment (CGI).
Gateway Center Amstelveen consists of office space with a total GLA of approximately 15.450 m². The office building is leased to Fortis Bank Nederland. The transaction takes place at a gross initial yield of 7%.
Europa Immobiliare is an Italian real estate investement trust kept by Vegagest. The officebuildings located at Prof. Bavincklaan 1-3 are leased by Fortis Nederland. The buyer has been advised by Savills, the seller has been advised by Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten.
