Europa Capital and St Congar secure planning consent in Windsor (UK)

Europa Capital LLP, the general partner of Europa Fund II, is pleased to announce that its joint venture with St Congar Properties Ltd, owned by Miff Chichester, has secured planning consent on appeal for its approx. 25,500-m² office project at Imperial House, Alma Road, Windsor.

The development comprises four office buildings with 495 on-site car spaces.



The development is to be laid out on the 4.6-acre landscaped site and comprises four office buildings with 495 on-site car spaces arranged around a central square and thoroughfare through to the adjoining Vansittart Recreation Ground.

Windsor is one of the most vibrant towns in the Thames Valley corridor and benefits from links to the M4 and national road network as well as proximity to London Heathrow airport. Situated on the edge of the town center, the project also enjoys easy walking distance to Windsor's two railway stations and the town center retail and leisure facilities.

Of the four buildings, two will be approximately 4,645 m² net and two 6,500 m² net arranged on four and five storys respectively, each providing highly flexible accommodation designed to achieve a BREEAM 'Very Good' rating. In addition, there is to be a café/restaurant on site and security lodge.
