EUROFFICE acquires office building in Hamburg (DE)

Curzon/IXIS AEW Europe has announced the acquisition of a 20,500-m² office building in Hamburg for its EUROFFICE fund.

The asset is located in the "Neuer Hühnerposten" area of the city of Hamburg near the main railway station. It was built and sold by HIH, Hamburgishe Immobilien Handlung GmbH.

This is the third investment of EUROFFICE fund so far, following the previous acquisition of the headoffice of the Handelsblatt Newspaper in Düsseldorf and of the Colisee 2 building in Paris / St Ouen.

Euroffice Fund, a total equity raise of €317 million, is a core pan-European office fund dedicated to French institutional investors, including an unrivalled list of France's most prominent insurance companies and pension funds.
