EuroCapital Property Investors Group has acquired the Afaia portfolio. It consists of three buildings located in the industrial zoning of Nossegem / Zaventem: Weihoek 1 (8.000 m²), Deltapark, (10.500 m²) and Mechelsesteenweg 418 (5.000 m²).
A part of the buildings is let to companies such as Belgique Distribution, HP and TNT while the remainder is vacant. EuroCapital, which specialises in investments allowing growth potential by active management, pays approximately €20 million based on an average gross yield of 8,7%. The deal has been advised by King Sturge.
Eurocapital is a British fund manager regrouping several institutional Anglo-Saxon investors. They operate from Brussels and have recently acquired several properties among which the office buldings 'Loi 82' and 'Bisschoffsheim 11'.
