Eurindustrial passes border of 100 mln (NL)

By acquiring a third logistical center in Venlo (the Netherlands) recently, the invested capital of Eurindustrial has passed the border of €100 mln. Besides the acquisition of the logistical center in Venlo, the fund will also have a new institutional investor per April 1, 2005.

The logistical center in Venlo is let to Penske Logistics Europe BV. The center consists of 4,350 m² loading space and 750 m² of office space. The complex is situated on 36,000 m² of own ground of which 24,250 m² is outside terrain.

Following this take-over, the complete portfolio of Eurindustrial now consists of twelve logistical centers throughout the Netherlands. The portfolio covers 157,600 m² of storage and loading space and 14,700 m² of office space, situated on 320,600 m² of land. The total annual rent of the logistical centers is approx. €8.6 million.
