ESTAVIS expands its residential portfolio in Berlin (DE)

As part of the ongoing expansion of its housing stock, ESTAVIS AG just acquired a minority interest in a residential portfolio including 335 apartment units in Berlin. The majority of the apartments are located in the districts of Charlottenburg, Mitte and Kreuzberg.
Some of portfolio units are to be sold as condominiums to private investors and owner-occupiers. Accentro, a subsidiary of ESTAVIS AG, will handle the privatization of these apartments. “Condominiums remain vastly popular among private investors,” said Jacopo Mingazzini, Member of the Board of ESTAVIS AG and Managing Director of Accentro GmbH. “Demand is particularly high in the German capital, and so we have every reason to expect the apartments to sell swiftly.”
