Equity Estate Property Fund Management BV (part of the Equity Estate group) announces the signing of a renewed lease contract. It comprises some 20,500 m² logistics and 5,000 m² of office space, making it one of the largest logistics deals in de Randstad so far this year.
The property is situated at the Rondebeltweg, at the Sallandse Kant logistics park in
Almere along the A6 motorway, and is part of AB CPFM Europroperty Fund, one of the real estate funds Equity Estate Property Fund Management is managing.
Due to a pro-active mindset both lessee and lessor have decided, well in advance of the expiration date, to tie together their future plans by means of a renewed lease contract. Staples Nederland BV (and its legal predecessors) occupy the property since 2006 and will continue to do so for the coming 16 years.
AB CPFM Europroperty Fund is one of the joint ventures with Arab Bank. The management of the fund is performed by Equity Estate Property Fund Management (a 100% daughter company of Equity Estate BV). The fund consists of 12 properties, logistics and offices, located in the Benelux and Germany.
