Euronext Indices B.V. announces the results of the quarterly review of the European region of the EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index as at 31 August 2004. All changes are effective as of Friday 1 October 2004.
There have been no new additions and no deletions.
Free float changes
- Befimmo (Belgium): free float changed to 80% (was 60%),
- Bostads AB Drott (Sweden): free float changed to 60% (was 80%),
- Wihlborgs (Sweden): free float changed to 80% (was 90%),
- Fabege (Sweden): free float changed to 50% (was 70%).
Watchlist In
The Watchlist In includes companies that meet the criteria for the first quarter. If the company meets the criteria at the second consecutive quarter, they are included in the index.
- Leasinvest Real Estate (Belgium),
- Ste. De la Tour Eiffel (France),
- Klovern AB (Sweden).
Watchlist Out
The Watchlist Out includes index constituents that fail the criteria for the first quarter. If the company fails the criteria at the second consecutive quarter, they are removed from the index.
