Entra (ENTRA.OL) signed a letter of intent for the sale of its 13 office properties in Trondheim, Norway, to a unit of real estate group Reitan Eiendom for c. €570m.
The sale of the properties, which span 187,268m2, will strengthen Entra's balance sheet. The binding agreement with E C Dahls Eiendom is expected to be signed by March 22 and the deal will close in the second quarter.
The Norwegian real estate company also agreed to sell a 15,500m2 development project in the city to E C Dahls Eiendom after the asset's completion in the fourth quarter of 2025, with deal closing expected in 2026.
