The board of Catella Property AB has appointed Emmanuel Schreder, co-managing director Catella Property France, as new Deputy Chief Executive for Catella Property Group.
Schreder will replace Misha Moeremans d'Emaus, who has at his own request decided to change his working engagement with Catella Property Group, allowing him to increase his time with family related business. Mischa has been with Catella since 1992, first as Managing Director in Belgium, later for Continental Europe and the last five years as Deputy CEO of the Catella Property Group.
Misha has been instrumental in building up and developing Catella Property's operations in Continental Europe and UK. Misha remains as Chairman of Catella International and as external board member in Catella Property's companies in France, Belgium, Germany and the UK.
"We are very happy that Misha will keep an active role and close relation with Catella also in the future and we thereby safeguard a high degree of continuity in Continental Europe and UK", commented Johan Ericsson, Managing Director of Catella Property Group.
"Our ambition has been to appoint a new Deputy Chief Executive with an international property experience. We are therefore very pleased that Emmanuel has accepted to support Catella Property Group as Deputy Chief Executive."
Emmanuel will remain co-managing director for Catella Property France together with Stéphane Guyot-Sionnest, and their main focus will remain to successfully develop Catella Property Groups French activities.
