European Logistics Investment (ELI) together with its partner Panattoni, will deliver an advanced warehouse complex at the site located in Krakow. City Logistics Krakow I, planned as a BREEAM certified, two hall facility will add to Malopolska region 37,000m² of high-quality logistics space. 9,000m² in the first building has been pre-let to InPost – the largest logistics operator in Poland.
The site, being located in Krakow’s district Nowa Huta, provides a highly qualified labour force and excellent connectivity. It has a good connection with the A4 (Germany/Wrocław/Silesia) motorway through the Krakow ring-road. It is also conveniently located in the vicinity of three international airports (Krakow, Katowice, Rzeszow) and has immediate access to Krakow city by public transportation.
"Modern logistics space with a location in a city is currently in demand, especially among companies from e-commerce or package delivery sectors, which can be proved by the interest in our newest investment of a top e-commerce logistics operator – InPost. We are staying on top of the logistics space trend with our newest developments, together with ELI," said Robert Dobrzycki, Panattoni CEO.
