Romanian-based real estate company Element Development has finalized construction works at Bistrita Retail Park, totalling an investment of €9m.
The new 7,850 m² shopping gallery offers a diverse mix of brands including Carrefour, Churreria Julia, Noodle Pack, Salad Box, JYSK, Lem’s, Top Shop, Spartan, Dinoland, Help Net, Money Chest, Zoo Center and Metropolis.
“With a 90% occupancy rate and an excellent location in the city’s new retail hub near the farmer’s market, Selgros, Altex and Penny, we are convinced we have delivered a competitive product on the market”, said Ionut Bordei, CEO, Element Development.
Local company Campeador was responsible for general construction, while Vitalis was the project manager. CBRE Romania acted as the exclusive leasing agency. The project was financed by Garanti Bank.
