Seven Real Estate Advisors assisted EfTEN Real Estate Fund to secure its largest single investment.
Shopping center Mustika has a rental space of 21,500 m² as of today and expansion potential over 4,000 m². The shopping center is anchored by Prisma Hypermarket (SOK, Finland). Acquisition price was 21.5 million making it the largest retail transaction Baltics this year.
