Echo Investment signed with Orbis S.A. an agreement on general realization of a four-star hotel Novotel in Lodz. Hotel Novotel shall rise in the very center of the city, on the land plot of the area of 1,450 m² located at the crossing of Pilsudskiego and Sienkiewicza streets, in the vicinity of Ibis hotel also accomplished by Echo Investment.

The building shall offer 162 air-conditioned rooms, including suites and rooms adapted for handiccaped guests. In the hotel there will be also, among others: a restaurant, bar, business center, conference rooms, play rooms for children and a fitness club.
The commencement of this realization is planned for the year 2009, and the completion for the year 2011.
The value of the concluded agreement equals aproximately 45 million PLN (approx. €12 mln.).
Echo Investment has realized so far 15 hotels in 9 cities, of the total number of 2,200 rooms. Projects were realized for the biggest international hotel networks: Accor (Novotel, Ibis), Envergure Group - presently Louvre Hotels group (Premiere Class, Campanille, Kyriad) and Qubus.
Novotel in Lodz shall be the third hotel in this network accomplished by Echo Investment. The other Novotel hotels are in Cracow and Szczecin.
