The management board of Echo Investment made a decision to restart construction works of the office building OXYGEN being realized in Szczecin at Malczewskiego street. Construction works came to a halt at the beginning of April 2009. The change in the building schedule resulted from the necessity to comply with specific technical requirements of potential leaseholders and modification of the project connected with it.
Construction works in accordance with the schedule adopted earlier shall commence still in July 2009.
At present negotiations are in progress with leaseholders of office areas and at the same time negotiations are carried out with financial institutions concerning crediting of the project.
In recent months the company Echo Investment has concluded a few significant lease agreements for areas in office projects in Warsaw and Poznañ (all together more than 6,500 m²), and has also obtained more than 80 million of credit for financing of office complexes: Park Postæpu and Malta Office Park.
Oxygen is a modern, 9-story building located in the very center of Szczecin, at the intersection of Malczewskiego street and Wyzwolenia avenue. In the vicinity there is the biggest in the West Pomeranian region shopping-entertainment center Galaxy, Pazim office-hotel complex with Radisson SAS hotel, numerous financial institutions and offices. The office building is equipped with a number of modern technological solutions, high class teleinformatic links, security, monitoring and access control systems.
The size of a typical floor takes up the area of approximately 1,500 m², and its functional layout works well in the open space convention of the office, which provides extensive possibilities to arrange the areas for various groups of leaseholders interested in small office modules meant for 15-20 employees.
Occupants of the building will be able to use additional facilities like, among others: medical clinic, coffee bar, press lounge and fitness club. Also areas adapted for the needs of bank agencies are provided in the building. The future leaseholders will have at their disposal 181 parking places at surface and underground car parks.
