Echo Investment rated 'Pearl of Polish Economy' (PL)

Echo Investment was elected the best developer's company in the rating of the Most Valuable Companies "Pearls of Polish Stock Exchange 2008" prepared by Parquet daily. The Company was also placed in the first three of the rating "100 Most Valuable Companies" by Newsweek in the structural branch category. Whereas the Individual Investors' Society appraised very highly the level of investment relations of the Company.

In the rating "Pearls of Polish Stock Exchange 2008" prepared by exchange daily Parquet, Echo Investment was classified as the best of all developer's companies and was placed at 11th place (advancement by 2 places compared to the previous year) in list of financial branch comprising also developer's sector. In the general rating the company was placed on 50th place (an advancement of 23 places).

The main criteria of the rating to select the most valuable companies of the Warsaw parquet were economic indexes: change of income, operational turnover, and market value in 2007 in comparison with 2006.

In the rating "100 Most Valuable Companies" by Newsweek weekly Echo Investment came 3rd in the structural branch category and 52nd in the general classification. The classification was prepared by the editorial office of Newsweek and strategic counselling company A.T. Kearney. The research analysed companies which are distinguished by their income, profitability and, first of all, are recognized by Poles as important and respected makes.

Echo Investment was also appreciated in the rating of investment relations of companies from index mWIG40 prepared by Individual Investors' Society . The Company was placed 3rd in the category "Estimation of www service" and 16th in general classification. Estimated items were: essential content of Internet site, quality of communication via Internet site, quarterly and annual reports, financial forecasts, complying with Corporate Governance rules and all activities in favour of good contacts between the company and investors.
