Echo Investment is commencing development of a cozy housing estate called Pod Klonami. The project is being elaborated in Poznañ, Rubiez Street, as a consecutive stage of the Male Naramowice estate.

This new housing establishment will consist of ten 4-story city-style villas.
"Pod Klonami" is a city architecture project developed within "Male Naramowice", a modern city district perfectly merged with the natural beauty of north-eastern Poznañ. This project combines the advantages of living close to nature with the functionalities of a large metropolitan area, with dedicated facilities, services, schools and playgrounds," says Marta Politowicz, manager of Echo Investment sales office in Poznañ.
The "Pod Klonami" project will be built at Rubieý and Czarnucha Streets, as an architectural extension of the "Maùe Naramowice" housing estate. This new housing establishment will consist of ten 4-story city-style villas. The entire project comprises 145 two-, three- and four-room apartments, with areas ranging from 47 to 110 m², with the option of combining premises. Each apartment will have a balcony or a loggia, and residents of ground floor apartments will have terraces. A lift and tenants' sheds will be provided in each building. Above-ground parking places will also be incorporated in the estate structure.
The estate will be guarded and monitored by appropriate security services and systems.
The design of this housing estate was developed by Archikwadrat Sp. z o. o., an architectural design firm of Poznañ. The 1st stage of the project will be completed and apartments will be handed over to buyers in the 4th quarter of 2011. Completion of all works related to the Pod Klonami project is envisaged in the 2nd half of 2012.
