Echo Investment was recognized as one of the companies increasing its value at the quickest pace in the Swietokrzyski region. Echo Investment is among the largest investment and developer Polish companies. The company operates in four key sectors of the real estate market: shopping/entertainment centers, office buildings, hotels and residential projects.
The company was on the fifth position in the rating DIAMONDS of the FORBES monthly, in the category of income ranging between 50 and 200 million Polish zlotys.

FORBES DIAMONDS is a report elaborated by FORBES editorial office together with the provider of economic information Dun & Bradstreet. The present, already third rating, lists the companies which most dynamically increased their value in years 2005-2007. The list of DIAMONDS is elaborated on the basis of the Swiss method of companies' value appraisal, which takes into consideration both financial results as well as the value of their property. This method allows for measurement of the enterprises' potential, taking into consideration values of realized investments and capacities for enhancement of sale and profits. In order to maintain comparability of results, financial enterprises are not taken into consideration, and while appraising the stock companies, their capitalization was overpassed, to avoid the influence of market speculation.
