ECE's Park Vera Shopping Center opened in Ankara

After a construction period of two years, Park Vera Shopping Center in the Turkish capital Ankara opened. On four levels, it comprises 75 specialist stores, restaurants, cafés, a children’s play area, and a cinema with 6 halls on a leasable area of 40,000 m².
Together, Park Vera and the neighboring Acity shopping center constitute one unique retail destination with an overall leasable area of 79,000 m² and approx. 240 shops.
The shops are spacious and often comprise two floors. Therefore, many tenants have opened their largest stores in Ankara at Park Vera. Furthermore, along the arterial road “Istanbul Yolu”, Park Vera is the only shopping center which features modern fashion retailers. Among others, H&M, Jack&Jones, and Vero Moda debut in this part of Ankara. Strong national fashion labels, such as Koton, DeFacto, Derimod, Mavi Jeans, Colin’s, and Loft, are also among the tenants.
The investor of the project is Başkent A.Ş. ECE Türkiye was tasked with the concept design, leasing, and management of the center.
Andreas Hohlmann, Managing Director of ECE Türkiye: “Park Vera provides a fashion-focused concept with a branch and tenant mix which is tailored to Ankara. Following the takeover of management at Acity shopping center, ECE Türkiye also added Park Vera to its portfolio on August 15, 2013. Both centers are located adjacent to each other and thus constitute one unique retail destination with an overall leasable area of 79,000 m² and approximately 240 shops. Both malls will complement their respective branch and tenant mix. It is an excellent example for the enhancement of an exceptional shopping destination.”
Park Vera is located in the rapidly expanding residential quarter of Batikent- Yenimahalle in Ankara's northwest. Its excellent location, directly adjacent to the arterial road "Istanbul Yolu", provides convenient access for its visitors.
