ECE's Marstall shopping center in full occupancy rate and ready for refurbishment (DE)

The refurbishment of the new Marstall at Ludwigsburg is in full swing. Most of the tenants have been signed and three and a half months before the opening, the center's occupancy rate is at 95%. About half of the 70 retailers on the overall sales area of 25,700m² will debut in Ludwigsburg and will set up shop in the city center for the first time.
Five of them will even open their first shops in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg. The food retailer Burgerista, one of the highlights of the new food court, will premier in Southern Germany and will thus operate their second restaurant in Germany. The construction of the interior and the exterior facilities has made great progress. Thus, the new Marstall is set open on schedule on September 30, 2015.
The shopping center in downtown Ludwigsburg will be entirely rebuild, modernized, and redesigned for more than €100 mln and will thus be given a completely new appearance. ECE will take over the long-term management of the center; the property is owned by the ECE European Prime Shopping Centre Fund.
