ECE of Hamburg, Germany, is taking over Allianz CenterManagement GmbH (ACM), with head offices in Stuttgart; ACM was previously held by Allianz Immobilien GmbH. In the future, the company will do business under a new name and will be an organizationally independent, wholly-owned subsidiary within the ECE Group.
With this change, the European shopping-center market leader is taking over one of the industry's most important companies in Germany.
