ECE is “Property Management Company of the Year 2014” at CEEQA 2014 (PL)

At the Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA) in Warsaw, ECE was awarded the title “Property Management Company of the Year 2014” for its achievements in the field of property management in Central and Eastern Europe. The Hamburg-based project developer impressed the jury and came out on top in this category against the nine other candidates nominated for the final selection. In all, 26 prizes were presented in the main categories of Grand Awards, Building Awards, Company Awards, Agent Awards, and Real Green Awards.

Leszek Sikora, Managing Director of ECE Polska: “I was proud and happy to accept this prize on behalf of ECE. In my view, shopping center management is an area which is rapidly gaining significance at present. The success of any shopping center is largely the result of the interaction between investors, tenants, and landlords. I am very pleased that this service is being confirmed and appreciated.”

The CEEQA Awards are organized annually by the CEE Insight Forum in cooperation with the Financial Times. The trophies have been awarded in acknowledgement of excellent performance in the real estate industry for the last eleven years. They are considered some of the most important awards for commercial real estate investments and developments in Europe.

The CEEQA awards are awarded by a jury of high-ranking representatives of leading companies active in three or more European national markets. The jury seats are rotated each year between developers, investors, lenders, consultants, and service providers. Permanent seats are held by the companies CBRE, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Knight Frank.
