Immocap Group commissioned ECE Projektmanagement Praha with the planning, leasing and center management of the Centrál shopping center in Bratislava.

The Managing Directors of ECE Projektmanagement Praha, Josef Tobek and Rüdiger Dany, are looking forward to the cooperation. "We are honored to work for such a strong investor and we will introduce the successful concept of ECE's shopping centers to Bratislava," said Rüdiger Dany.
The opening of Centrál in the Slovakian capital is scheduled for autumn 2012. The multi-functional building provides next to the shopping center also apartments, office areas, a three-level underground car park, a hotel and a wellness and sports center.
