ECE Projektmanagement and Vivico Real Estate want to raise the standing investments for the further project development of the Urban Entertainment Center in Frankfurt am Main from their own means. Both companies confirmed this in a session in Hamburg on Friday.
The reason for that is the expansion of the sale areas in the UEC. After termination of the pre-rental phase for the purchase area and experience area, the joint venture partners want to open then the project of other investors. Originally Difa was a co-investor and should receive 65% of the shares in the purchase center and experience center at the fair. According to Difa, the project no longer corresponded to the concern’s politics 'on the basis of its size and its multiyear planning and realization horizon'.
