Dutch Multiplan to develop in Luxembourg (NL/LUX)

Project developer Multiplan from Den Bosch (The Netherlands) has signed an agreement with the Luxembourg Agora for the development of a multifunctional complex of 65,000 m² in Luxembourg. It is the first time that a Dutch company develops a project in Luxembourg.

Ir. Van Gilse, director of Multiplan said that Luxembourg offers opportunities because its economic development is more stable and the country offers better prospects than many other European regions.

The complex will consist of a housing, retail, office and leisure part. The delivery should take from in 2008 and 2009. Multiplan has won the assignment because it is a so-called full service developer with disciplines like development, design and engineering under one roof. Partner Agora is a joint venture between Arcelor and the Luxembourg public authorities.
