De Landdrost in Almere will be delivered in 2011.

The educational tower, which will comprise 9,000 m², will house the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, whose educational facilities are now spread all over the city of Almere. The office tower will comprise 11,000 m² of high-quality office space. Two levels of the parking are above ground, and one level is located underground.

De Landdrost will be realized on a so-called 'postzegellocatie' (small space) and is situated in the area between Almere's city hall and the Flevoziekenhuis (hospital), at the edge of the new Stadshart (City Center). In order to facilitate the development of the project, the bus line that passes the construction site will be replaced.

De Landdrost is due to be delivered in early-2011.
