Dunmoore has secured planning consent at its trade counter development in Ashford for a 3,000ft² standalone pod, which has been pre-let to Easy Bathrooms. The trade development at 3-4 Hilton Road, which was purchased and comprehensively refurbished in less than five months, is now fully pre-let with Easy Bathrooms joining Screwfix, Crown Paints and F1 Autocentres, all of which will be taking occupation in the coming weeks. The site is the latest addition to Dunmoore’s Made for Trade trade counter portfolio which is worth in excess of €72m (£60m).
