The Dutch Broadcasting Company (NOB) has chosen DTZ Zadelhoff to assist it in selling its so-called Mediapark in Hilversum. The plot is approximately 26 hectares and totals 250,000 m2 in buildings, mainly studios and offices.
Main tenants are the Dutch Television Organization (NOS) and Endemol. It is expected that the complex will be offered on the market by mid-2002.
