Vodrázková is replacing Martin Kubík, who left the company at the end of April. Prior to her promotion Vodrázková headed the retail part of this department. With over eight years' experience managing commercial properties she has thus far focused primarily on the management of shopping centers. The team led by Lenka Vodrázková has been successfully managing the shopping centers of Olomouc City (aAim), OC Všeboøice in Ústí nad Labem and Královo Pole in Brno (Bainbridge) as well as OC Olympia in Mladá Boleslav, OC Olympia Teplice and OC Šestka (CA Immo), and in Slovakia the Galerie Eurovea (Ballymore).

Vodrázková was also personally involved in the remodelling of Galerie Butovice (in collaboration with the management of ING Real Estate Finance). She was appointed to the position effective June 1, 2011. She will now also be responsible for managing office space and industrial buildings that DTZ manages for clients such as Valad, SEB, Ikano, Heitman, and AXA REIM.

The newest member of the office agency department, led by Bert Hesselink, is Simon Orr. The Glasgow native has been involved in both the Czech and British property market for some 10 years. He gained his most recent experience with real estate companies at CERES Property Services in Prague; at the same time he is a postgraduate student in property valuation and development at the University of Glasgow. Throughout his career, Orr has worked not only on the side of developers and end users but also for financing institutions (Clydebank), where he was responsible for major clients.
