Michal Orlowski joined the Warsaw office of DTZ on July 1, taking on the role of Associate Director within the Office Agency. Michal will be working closely with Erik Drukker, the Deputy Managing Director to strengthen DTZ's leading role in the Polish office leasing sector.

Michal previously acted as Business and Development Director at Menolly Poland (residential and commercial developer) and Orkiestra Development (residential developer) overseeing commercial leasing and site acquisition activities.
He has also worked for various real estate agencies including King Sturge and Estate Fellows having acted for clients like ORCO, Shell, BPH TFI, BRE, Bentley, Berlin Chemie, Comarch, Sarantis and Interia.pl.
He holds a law degree from Warsaw University. He is also a graduate of the American Law Center Florida State University, and the British and European Law Center University of Cambridge, having completed CCIM training. He is currently completing postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University in Business Management for Developers.
