DTZ Echinox announces the strengthening of their management team by the promotion of Oana Iliescu to assume the position of Joint Managing Director alongside Tim Wilkinson. Oana, who previously acted as Head of Retail, will join the senior management from February 2009.
This addition to the senior management team will enable DTZ Echinox to continue to build on increasing their market share by benefiting from the management experience of Oana and allowing Tim to focus more on client development and business generation.
Oana joined the DTZ team in December 2004 and over the past four years has successfully established and managed the retail team which now boasts over 400,000 m² of exclusive retail projects, serving clients such as Atrium Centers, Immoeast, Plaza Centers and Raiffeisen Evolution.

Oana's previous position of Head of Retail will be assumed by Aura Voiculescu, who has played an important role in the growth of the retail department since joining in 2006. Aura's five years of retail experience on the Romanian market in development consultancy and retail letting provides a strong platform for further success in her new role.
