DTZ appoints new general manager for DTZ Spain

International real estate advisor DTZ yesterday announced that the company has appointed Pedro Ladron de Guevara as General Manager of DTZ Spain per immediately.

Over the last 20 years, Pedro Ladron de Guevara has built up an impressive career and has extensive experience in European real estate and retail business. He gained this experience at a number of leading international enterprises, amongst which BP Oil and Mobil Oil, and worked for these companies in Spain, Belgium, France and the United Kingdom.

His last position was Chief Executive Officer for Global Markets at Lend Lease, the in London based Australian real estate developer. At Lend Lease, he was responsible for about € 0,9 billion of returns and 1,200 employees over four continents.

Killian O´ Higgins, General Manager of DTZ International, comments Pedro’s arrival: “In the past years, DTZ’s Spanish activities have grown considerably and we expect further growth of the business. Therefore, I am very pleased that Pedro has accepted this position. He will mainly focus on the growth and further extension of our Spanish market and profit.”
