PG Finland North Oy and Sjaelso Finland Oy have sold their retail properties located in Vantaa, Finland, for 19.8 million. DTZ Sweden AB has acted as the adviser to the sellers.
The properties, developed by Sjælsø Gruppen A/S, comprise of 10,500 m² of lettable retail area and have tenants such as Kesko, Byggmax and Jysk.
The properties have been acquired by M&G European Property Fund, the UK and European fund manager of Prudential plc.
