CBRE Global Investors and BPH FIZ Sektora Nieruchomosci 2, acting on behalf of its subsidiaries, have entered into an agreement to sell logistic properties known as Ideal Idea Park by Działkowa Street in Warsaw. DTZ advised the seller BPH TFI SA in this transaction.
The logistics complex, being subject of the transaction and owned by three SPVs, includes four modern warehouse-office properties built as “small business units” that offer in total over 30,000 m² of space.
Sale of the warehouse park is the accomplishment of the adopted strategy for BPH FIZ Sektora Nieruchomosci 2 assuming the sale of real estate owned by the fund and its liquidation.
The Property Fund that we held has been the object of interest of many investors seeking opportunities to acquire high-quality commercial properties - said Alexander Mokrzycki, Vice President of BPH TFI SA, which manages the Fund. The transaction confirms that the strong demand from local and global investors for warehouse properties in Poland persists - he adds.
DTZ and Jara and Partners law firm represented BPH FIZ Sektora Nieruchomosci 2 in the sale transaction. The buyer – a fund managed by CBRE Global Investors was represented by the law firm Linklaters.
