The HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung and INTERBODEN Innovative Lebenswelten joint venture has sold the DreiEins office and commercial building at the le flair residential urban development in Düsseldorf to Cologne firm DERECO for a private placement for a Dutch Family Office. The purchase price was around €15 million. Some 40 percent of the approximately 4,300 m² of rental space in the office and restaurant building have already been let.
Construction work at the DreiEins Building—located at the Franklin Bridge—is due for completion at the end of 2014. The office and commercial building will comprise three narrow, five to seven-story sections, decreasing in height the further away they are from the Franklin Bridge. Retail outlets and restaurants, and one of the two entrances are planned for the bridge level. The remaining floors are reserved for office use.
