As of January 1, 2013, Dr. Sven Olaf Eggers will be the new director of PATRIZIA WohnInvest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (KAG). As the successor to Cornelius Hell, who will leave the company on December 31, 2012, he will assume management duties at PATRIZIA WohnInvest KAG alongside Peter Willisch from the coming fiscal year.
Dr. Sven Olaf Eggers (36) has already been working for PATRIZIA WohnInvest KAG as the head of Fund Accounting since July 1, 2011. Previously, he spent seven years working at Deka Immobilien GmbH, most recently as the head of International Financial and Equity Investment Management. After training as a banker, Dr. Eggers, born in Hamburg, studied Business Law at the University of Siegen, where he also earned his doctorate while working professionally.

At the end of the year, Cornelius Hell will step down from the PATRIZIA WohnInvest KAG management and will leave PATRIZIA after six years at the company. Wolfgang Egger says: "I would like to thank Cornelius Hell for his very good work, including his development work, at PATRIZIA WohnInvest KAG.
