Dow Corning, the multinational company specialised in the development, production and distribution of silicone products, has now invested in a new European distribution center of 35,000 m² in Feluy.
The company had approached Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 regarding the search of appropriate plots of land of 17 ha located in the surroundings of its current centre located in Houdeng. Cushman & Wakefield further accompanied the company in its search of an ideal developer. After a thorough selection process, the company finally settled on Cordeel, a developer based in Temse.
The plot of land in Feluy has already been secured and is now the subject of several permit requests.
