Donaldsons Polska, which specializes in providing comprehensive real estate services in the field of property management, consultancy and leasing, has been rebranded DTZ. The full legal name of the rebranded entity is DTZ Retail Polska Sp. z o.o.
The rebranding follows the international merger in July between DTZ and Donaldsons, which is the next step towards full integration.
As result of the merger, DTZ in Poland manages over 30 commercial properties with a total area of nearly 800,000 m², has over 1600 letting agreements and is now one of the largest real estate advisers in Poland.
The company has over 170 employees operating in Poland providing integrated services across investment consulting, agency, brokerage, valuation, research, property management, asset management and project and building consultancy.
DTZ has been present in Poland since 1994, as a part of DTZ Holdings plc, a publicly quoted company listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1987.
Integration under the DTZ brand will extend the number of services offered, bringing additional benefits to clients - for example DTZ now offers new services including asset management and retail focused property management.
In the beginning of December 2007 the combined companies moved into the modern, centrally located Lumen office building in Zùote Tarasy complex in Warsaw.
