Domus Vivendi Group has received official planning consent from the Mallorcan authorities for €26m "The Circle" office building in the "Son Bugadelles" business park, near Santa Ponca. Excavation work for the prestigious office building, which will have a total area of 4,000m², will begin as from 29 April 2019. The concept will bring together construction and property companies, interior designers, security engineers, specialist lawyers, craftsmen, developers, architects and tax consultants in the building, thereby creating synergy effects for the occupiers. Completion of the property is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2020.
About 80% of space in "The Circle" has already been let. A temporary freeze on letting will apply from 26 April 2019, until the final letting phase, which will follow the planned completion of the shell and core in spring 2020.
The tenants of "The Circle" will be provided with fully equipped offices, including furniture, high-quality server and network technology and office fit-out. Floor areas range from 20 to 600m². The scheme will also feature 2,600m² of "free for all" areas, co-working space, a front desk with secretarial service, a food corner, open-air areas, a roof terrace and exclusive and secure underground parking spaces.
