Dmitrov Logistics Park on track for completion in Q1 2010 (RU)

Ghelamco Russia and Jones Lang LaSalle are pleased to announce that phase I of Dmitrov Logistics Park, a major logistics park development in the Moscow region, is on track for delivery by the Q1 2010.

Ghelamco has already received approval from State Expertise along with an order for construction, which is already underway. Foundation piles have been installed and pile caps are currently under construction. Ground-level works are expected to become visible within six to eight weeks.

Dmitrov Logistics Park is a new large scale warehousing development, offering about 223,000 m² of high-quality logistics facilities for lease. The project is located 30 km from MKAD to the north of Moscow, right on the junction of Dmitrovskoe highway (A-104) and Federal highway A-107 ("Betonka"). Access to and from the site will be via "Betonka," allowing trucks to turn to both Dmitrovskoe and Leningradskoe highways.

Construction will be carried out in phases: Phase I comprises about 61,500 m² of warehousing and office space built according to the highest international standards and delivered by the Q1 2010. Despite current economic circumstances a steady number of enquiries are being received and both Ghelamco and Jones Lang LaSalle are confident that the Phase I will be leased either before or shortly after building completion.

Peter Zaritsky, Associate Director, Industrial and Warehousing Department, Jones Lang LaSalle Russia and CIS, said: "Currently Dmitrov Logistics Park is the largest warehousing project under construction in the northern region of Moscow. Its prime location, world-class construction standards, flexible division of leasable areas, availability of additional electricity capacities and the possibility to provide built-to-suit solutions are major competitive advantages of the projects. We consider them to be the key factors of success."
