DIFA Deutsche Immobilien Fonds AG, Hamburg, has recently closed several tenancy agreements in Frankfurt am Main and in Berlin.

In CityQuartier Frankfurter Welle and in Westend Carree tenants will be, amongst others, FactSet GmbH and BNP Paribas.
"The recent agreements are evidence of the rising real estate market in Frankfurt", according to Monika Litschke, responsible for the letting department. Both properties are on excellent locations in the Frankfurter Bankenviertel, and are much loved bases for companies that value kudos and service.
At 1 September 2006, Eastbeam GmbH will be amongst the tenants of CityQuartier DomAquarée in Berlin.
