Deutsche Immobilien Chancen KGaA acquired the remaining 49% share of its project development daughter DIC Projektentwicklung GmbH & Co. KG. In the beginning of 2001 DIC already acquired 51% from Waco.
Main objective of the takeover is to realize substantial growth. The average project development volume is around EUR 180 mln. Apart from its own developments DIC Projektentwicklung GmbH & Co. KG also works on behalf of institutional investors.
