DHL Exel Supply Chain, the leading company in contract logistics, has signed an agreement which secures an option to lease the whole first stage that has been commissioned January this year 25,000 m ²of warehouse premises (19,000 m² as of Jan 2007 and 6,000 m² as of Jan 2009). The whole Business Park is going to be commissioned by the year 2009, with estimated rentable area of 80,000 m².
