Developer of the Candy Crush franchise leases 19,507 m² at Peterson HK and Resolution's Soho office transformation.

King Digital Entertainment plc (NYSE: KING), a leading digital entertainment company for the mobile world and creator of the Candy Crush franchise, has leased the entire 19,507 m² Ampersand building in London's Soho district, following the recent completion of the scheme by Resolution Property on behalf of Hong Kong's Peterson HK.

King has taken all four office floors of the design-led development, which is a striking contemporary transformation of a landmark site on Wardour Street London W1.

Subjit Jassy of Resolution Property said:

"Ampersand was conceived as a high quality, creative environment for innovative businesses and King fits perfectly with this ethos. Its decision to occupy the entire building so soon after completion is a great endorsement for the original vision for Ampersand. The leasing also confirms our belief that Soho really is an alternative tech location to its eastern neighbours."

As part of a novel design-led approach, the Ampersand development team worked with top UK designers in addition to architects Darling Associates, to create a distinctive and usual workplace to appeal to creative brands.
