The Supervisory Board of Deutsche EuroShop AG has appointed Olaf G. Borkers as a member of the Board of Directors. From October 1, Mr. Borkers will be responsible for the Finance Department within the Board.
Borkers (40), banker and business economist, has a long-lasting experience in the financing and real estate industry. He started his career in 1992 as a credit analyst with the Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt am Main. Since June 1999, Mr. Borkers was a member of the Board of TAG Tegernsee Immobilien- und Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft and responsible for the Finance and Investor Relations Departments.
